Tapping the benefits of artificial intelligence in the medical sector
The German-Canadian NephroCAGE Consortium will host the 3rd NephroCAGE International Symposium on Thursday, 3 August 2023.
Once again this year, the NephroCage project, funded by the Federal Ministry of Economics Affairs and Climate Action, is organising an international symposium on the added value of artificial intelligence in the medical field.
On Thursday, 3 August 2023, the consortium invites you to the 3rd international NephroCAGE Symposium. This year's programme will focus on the experience of providing transatlantic data access using the NephroCAGE federated learning infrastructure to develop highquality clinical predictive models for nephrologists and clinical experts.
NephroCAGE demonstrates the concrete benefits of artificial intelligence (AI) using the example of kidney transplantation. The consortium is developing a learning AI system to match organ donors and recipients even more precisely and thus minimise the risk of kidney transplants.
The symposium will take place on Thursday, 3 August 2023, at 6:00 am (Vancouver online) / 9:00 am (Montreal limited access available on-site) / 3:00 pm (Berlin online) and will be held in English.
Free registration is required to attend the event. A detailed agenda as well as up-to-date information can be found on the event website.
